Go-And-Show:  If my house is vacant, you can instruct the answering service to approve any showing requests without needing to check with me first or notify me in advance.

Courtesy Notice:  If my house stays basically show-ready and I can generally be ready for showings without too much notice, you can instruct the answering service to approve showing requests (within any boundaries I have preset) and then send a text or call me to notify me that the showing is set.  I can always reschedule or cancel the showing when I am notified.

Appointment Required:  If my house doesn't stay basically show-ready and I really need notice before showings so I can make plans for children or pets, you can instruct the answering service to set showings ONLY after they have communicated with me and I have approved the request.
