-How to tour the homes YOU are interested in, at times that work for YOU, with no hassle or pressure

-How to secure an agreement with the sellers that boxes out other buyers so YOU have time to research all YOUR questions

-How to learn everything YOU need to know about your new home before YOU buy it

-How to complete YOUR purchase so YOU can move in

You can ask all your questions.  It is good to have a knowledgeable friend helping you!

LET'S GET ME WORKING FOR YOU, AT NO COST TO YOU

If you authorize me to go to work for you, you can benefit right away from my help as your consultant, guide, negotiator, and agent, but real estate commission rules say I'm not really free to advise you or advocate for you unless you sign the proper form.

 

There's no pressure to sign the form until you are comfortable (I'll probably forget to ask unless you remind me), but I'll have it available so you can set me free to work for what's best for you whenever you're ready.

-It frees (and requires) me to help you to the very best of my knowledge and ability.

-There's no cost to you.  

-You never have to pay me anything for my help.

-The sellers will pay me something if I help you buy their home, and I'm content with whatever they pay.

-You're not promising to pay me, so you don't have to buy anything unless you want, and you're free to fire me if you're not happy with my help.

-You're only promising to ask all your questions (so I can provide the information and perspective you need) and to let me represent you if you choose to buy (so I can help and protect you).
