So you can relax and enjoy shopping, free to choose when you  have found the home you want.

I WILL BUILD YOU A CUSTOM-SEARCH PORTAL

I’ll find all the homes that might interest you, including new homes, foreclosures and bank-owned homes.

I’ll keep your portal updated, so you have instant access to the most current status, pricing, details & pictures for every home.

I’ll send a portal link to every email address you supply, and I will send new-activity email updates as often as you want to receive them.

YOU CAN EASILY SORT THROUGH THE LISTINGS 

Please open your portal links right away, because this starts the new-activity email updates so you always have the most current info.

You can rate each home as a favorite (heart symbol), possibility (light bulb symbol) or reject (trash can).

You can attach notes and questions anytime you want, making it easier to coordinate your thoughts

WE CAN FINE-TUNE YOUR SEARCH ANYTIME

As your options & preferences clarify, we can adjust any categories (price, size, location, virtually any detail) you want, so your portal stays updated with only the homes most likely to work for you.

If you ever wonder about a home that isn’t on your portal, please call me—if it’s available, I’ll add it to your portal.

How much time do you have available?

 

I’ll schedule our showings to minimize drive times, but we’ll probably need an hour or so for every 2-3 homes.

I’ll need to set appointments with the sellers, so please give me as much notice and as much time flexibility as possible.

Depending on your price range, a brand new home might be a great way to go.

Also, since many sellers can use security systems to watch and listen to buyers conversations while we’re in their homes, it might be wise to save our private conversations for later, and come back for another look if needed.

If you are married or together, let’s try to look when you can both come—there will be lots to talk about as you clarify your perspectives, priorities, and preferences.

Feel free to bring your children—your choice will certainly affect your whole family.

If you want to include extended family or friends, they are welcome too!

MAKE IT EASY FOR YOURSELF

While it is fun to bring the whole gang, would it be easier for you to focus if you limit the numbers until you’ve narrowed down your options a bit?

WE CAN STAY AS LONG AS YOU WANT

There is no pressure to linger at homes you don’t love.

There is also no pressure to hurry through homes that interest you.

We can move at the pace that works for you!

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR ENERGY

We can stop for drinks, snacks, and restroom as often as you need.

Looking at homes takes some physical energy, and a surprising amount of mental and emotional energy so you (and especially the kids and older folks with you) may wear down faster than you expected—let’s look in short enough bursts that it stays fun for you.
