If you decide not to buy a home after exploring the process and checking out the available homes, that’s okay—you don’t owe me anything for my time.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO PAY ME WHEN YOU BUY
The sellers who have listed their homes are already planning to pay a commission to someone.
They will pay it either to the agent who is working for them or to me as I work for you.
I am content with whatever commission the seller of the home you love is paying, so you don’t need to add anything to it.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE STUCK WITH ME
I only want you to let me work for you because you like me and trust me, and because you believe i am the one best able to help you.
Our buyer-agency agreement doesn’t obligate you to pay me anything ever, so you could fire me if you decided you didn’t like working with me.
This is ALL i ask for:
Real estate rules say I’m not allowed to advise you or advocate for you until you authorize me by signing the required form.
